Fresh off her Emmy win, “The Bear” star Liza Colón-Zayas is hitting the campaign trail for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. Colón-Zayas, as well as “In the Heights” star Anthony Ramos, will join Gov. Walz at a rally focusing on Latino voters on Sept. 21 in Lehigh Valley, Penn.

Colón-Zayas, who plays Tina Marrero in the popular FX/Hulu series, celebrated her Emmy wins alongside her co-stars on “The Bear” — Jeremy Allen White, who plays Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, who plays Richard “Richie” Jerimovich. They won the Emmys for outstanding lead actor in a comedy and supporting lead actor in a comedy.

Following her big win at the 76th Emmy Awards, Liza Colón-Zayas is helping Kamala Harris and Tim Walz win a much more important vote. The Bear actress will appear at Walz’s Saturday rally in Allentown,

Colón-Zayas, who plays Tina Marrero in the popular FX/Hulu series, thanked “The Bear” creator Christopher Storer and co-showrunner Joanna Calo, who grew up in Maplewood, as she accepted her Emmy Sunday.

"Thank you to my husband, David. He told me to write a speech, and I didn't, because I didn’t think it would be possible," said an emotional Liza Colón-Zayas accepting the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as line cook Tina Marrero in The Bear.
